Reikäleipä is a traditional Finnish flatbread, usually made from rye flour, with a hole in the center so it could easily be hung on a pole to dry and be stored over the winter. It is baked using a traditional sourdough starter.

The birchwood tray is perfect for serving breakfast and also works well as a plate for sandwiches or light meals. The laminated surface makes it easy to clean, and it is dishwasher safe up to 95°C. Choosing a wooden tray is a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to plastic trays.
